Positive Spin sessions are free, fun, friendly cycle sessions for people with a diagnosis of dementia and their families and/or carers. It enables people with dementia and their carers to cycle together and have fun. The sessions take place over a number of weeks in parks near a cafe. All-ability bikes as well as regular bikes are provided. Specially trained Cycling Instructors are on hand to help people try out new bikes and to take people on rides.

There are new spring dates for Positive Spin in Lambeth and Hackney.
