The aim of the programme is to train people meeting the person specification for an instructor trainer to effectively deliver the National Standard Instructor Training course and assess new instructors in a Post Course Assessment (PCA) This course is the first stage of a 2-stage programme aiming to integrate an experienced NS cycling instructor to an ITO's instructor training programme.

The second stage will involve integration to an ITO's specific course with observations and mentored teaching.The new Instructor Trainer has six months to complete this programme.

To join the course you must:

be an experienced IT 

After completion you will have up to 6 months to become a fully accredited instructor trainer

The courses take place at our training centre in Bermonsdey SE16 3LR 9.00-5.00pm
