The next Summer Discovery Ride - "Blue & Green Ealing" - will take place next Saturday, 11 August. It will start from Gurnell Leisure Centre and will be exploring the rivers, canals and green spaces of Ealing. The ride will be an opportunity to discover places far from the madding crowd and meet new people with our qualified local ride leaders. Meet at the entrance of Gurnell Leisure Centre from 10am and leave at 10.30am. There’s is no need to book, just turn up in good time before the start of ride.
The next Discovery Ride will be on Saturday 8 September from The Bandstand, Churchfields Rec.
Riding together as a family can be fun and rewarding. A Family Training session helps get everyone in the family riding confidently and you’ll pick up really useful tips about riding as a group that will reduce the stress and worry about cycling together. Groups will ride in the park and on the roads depending on their abilities. Soon you’ll be riding everywhere as a family! Just come along to our free, drop-in Family Cycle Training sessions, there's no need to book, just turn up in good time so we can check your bikes ready for the start of the session.

In Ealing you can keep your bicycle rolling all Summer by visiting one of the many free Dr Bike sessions across the borough. Whether Ealing residents, students or workers just want their bike checked over, or tyres pumped up, brakes or gears adjusted, a niggling problem looked into or would like to chat to someone about cycling, they can pop along to one of Cycle Training UK’s Dr Bike sessions.

We deliver Bikeability in primary schools across the Borough of Ealing for Years 4, 5 and 6 and in secondary schools for Years 7, 8 & 9. Bikeability helps children to gain practical skills and understanding of how to cycle on today’s roads. There's more information about the Ealing Bikeability courses HERE.
