BASIC and INTERMEDIATE courses.

BASIC
Learn how to quickly check your bike for problems ● Preventative maintenance ● Tools ● Adjust the saddle and handlebars to the right height for you ● Adjust brakes, levers and cables ● Fix and prevent punctures ● Index gears.

INTERMEDIATE
Transmission System - splitting & joining the chain ● Replacing the cassette ● Removing and installing cranks ● Chainrings and rear derailleur ● Adjusting Bearings - hubs, bottom bracket, headset ● Basic Wheel Truing.

Cycle Training UK are in The Chain Gang

Cycle Training UK were the focus of an article published in the The Observer Magazine this Sunday (16/01/2005). The article titled 'In the chain gang' documents the story of the writer overcoming her fear of cycling in London with help from Cycle Training UK. She starts off terrified, but within two hours training she reports that "I'm being assertive on the Elephant and Castle roundabout, and even enjoying it".
