Cycle training /urban cycling with qualified cycling instructors. Training can be 1:1, 'paired' or for families of up to four. All levels from complete beginners to regular commuters, on weekdays or weekends,
For complete beginners the min age is 5. For training that takes place on road the minimume age is 8. Family training is available if your child is under 8 years old.
Parents/carers must be available throughout the training and are encouraged to observe and take training themselves.

One hour training slots on the hour (9-12) and then a fun ride (2-4pm). These sessions are free and open to all adults.
There is no to book these sessions. You can just drop in and bikes are provided. The sessions run on the hour from 9-10am, 10-11am, 11am-midday and midday to 1pm.
